Residing in New York City, NY, Mark Cunningham is a wildlife photographer, writer, author and speaker specializing in the marine environment. Mark's photography and writings has been published by Blue Magazine, Rough Guides, Over The Edge Magazine, Sources, and by numerous other publications and organizations interested in diving and the marine environment. Mark has been teaching courses and certifying divers in NYC, Long Island and the tri-state area for the past twenty years. Constantly revising curriculum at every opportunity, Mark is in the process of authoring his own book, "Into The Blue". To date, Mark has authored over thirty short stories including course material for courses on various aspects related to diving, marine life and the environment. Mark has been involved in underwater photography for the past 18 years and continues to produce compelling images of marine life and in doing so hopes to raise environmental awareness and interest about many marine issues.
